“A very professional service. I really enjoy how Tara can talk with me about my problem in a way I can understand. You can tell she genuinely cares for my well being and solving my problem. I've noticed definite progress with my issue so far. All in all, a great experience.”Read moreShow less

“I started seeing Tara for treatment for a headache disorder after she was recommended to me by my disability benefits advisor. The advisor thought the treatment might help me return to work faster. I was skeptical - I was already under the care of a neurologist, but I still had a lot of pain so I decided to try osteopathy. Tara took an exhaustive history about my symptoms, what others on my care team had tried, and what my progress was to date. (No other care provider took nearly as much time to learn about the presentation of my disorder and my ongoing concerns.) I saw Tara regularly as part of my rehab and I definitely experienced relief and was able to sleep much better on the days I went for treatment. After seeing her for headache treatment, I saw Tara for newly-developed back pain. I could barely lay down on the table when I arrived for my appointments, but I always left with less pain. My favourite part of treatment was a technique she used to decrease inflammation. She used her background in physiotherapy to help me with other at-home pain management strategies while I waited for back surgery. After I had a decompression and discectomy she helped to work on the scar tissue that was forming (I had the surgery right before the Covid shut down, and couldn’t see her for several months afterwards). I have resolved the head pain/back pain issue and am back to work. I still see Tara about every 6 weeks to help with migraines (not related to my other headache disorder) and I get a lot of relief from the various modalities she uses. This is the least invasive treatment I have EVER received. There is zero pain or discomfort associated with treatment and her ability to answer any (and every) question I had/have is very reassuring. I trust her and feel that I am in excellent hands. I am so glad that I gave osteopathy a chance. I have received much more benefit from these treatments than from other clinical approaches that I have tried. I highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I have had a number of treatments by Tara Drew, at Drew Osteopathy in Sioux Lookout. She has been professional and caring in all interactions, both in person and via phone/email. Her medical history intake is thorough and complete. She has trained for many years as both an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, as well as a Registered Physiotherapist. She is the first person I refer my family and friends to for any sort of ailment. The treatments she provides are non-invasive and truly enabled my body to begin healing after many years of undiagnosed celiac disease. She was an integral part in the diagnosis, as well as recovery.”Read moreShow less

“Tara Drew is a professional, skilled, and highly educated Osteopath (DOMP) and Registered Physiotherapist. We have entrusted our families health and wellness to her exclusively for the last 18 years and you won't find a more caring or compassionate person to work with. Whether it's been treatment for an acute issue, recovery after a car accident, back issues, neck issues or preventative treatments we are always confident that we are in good hands. Thank you Tara for taking such great care of our family. Over the years I have personally recommended Tara to many friends and family and she has been able to help every one of them; often when they have not been able to get relief for their condition despite trying many other things. I strongly recommend you contact Tara for an appointment.”Read moreShow less
