“Dr. Zargar and her whole staff made my experience one of the best I have ever had from the moment i walked in the front door. Everyone was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. This is also one of the most advanced technological optometrist office i have ever been to and the attention to detail is second to none. I was explained thoroughly every result in all of the tests I had done, and was never rushed during any point of my visit. “Great experience at this eye clinic. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful, and the doctor explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean and the service was excellent. Even after a few months, when my prescription was missing, I contacted them and they sent it to my email within minutes. Really appreciate the quick response and great customer service. “I took my 4 year old to have a routine eye exam and although the admin staff were lovely and polite, I have serious misgivings about how this clinic is run. They informed me that we would be charged around $60 to image my son's retina as part of the exam. Even though, I told them I was not interested in doing that and just wanted to do the OHIP part of the exam, I was told I had no choice. I asked again is that allowed under their governing body as I believe when something is covered by OHIP it is illegal/unethical to upsell patients. Again, they told me I had no choice. Since we were already there we proceeded with the exam. Since then, I have been even more disturbed as after doing my research and asking my ophthalmologist friend, I was told that the exam they charged us for isn't even recommended for a chlid with no symptoms. In summary they charged us for an unnecessary medical exam and told us we had no choice about it even when I asked. This is highly unethical and the owners should be ashamed that they take advantage of their community like that. EDIT: I was really hoping to get a more honest/reflective response to this. You have no right to add additional mandatory fees to an OHIP exam. You do not know any of your patients financial situations and it is highly unethical to charge money for a non evidence based procedure for them, especially not knowing if it will cause them financial hardship.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience. The eye exam was thorough professional, and everything was explained clearly. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful when I was choosing my glasses.
