“I am a massage therapist who has been receiving treatments from Dr. Yuka Shimizu for over 2 years. I have seen many other acupuncturists in Canmore and must say I am always so pleased with the results Yuka gives. I usually come in with a complaint pertaining to pain or digestive issues, and with her knowledge of Chinese medicine and stunning intuition she is always able to pin point the causes of my symptoms. Her acupuncture has helped me to reduce back and neck pain, completely heal my plantar fasciitis, and restore chi imbalances. I am particularly fond of her use of fire cupping. It is an instant release of tight fascia, hypertonic muscles, blood toxicity, inflammation and stagnant energy (and it just feels so great to have done). I would highly recommend Dr. Yuka Shimizu to anyone as you can tell she really does care about your individual health and her energy radiates with so much love and kindness!”Read moreShow less
