“I've seen many chiropractors over the years and Dr Tonya is by far the best. She's the only one who was honest and actually treated my injury instead of treating me like a cash cow that she could milk forever. I've always had lower back pain and other chiropractors weren't able to make my pain go away. My right leg is shorter than my left leg by 1cm which results in my pelvis being crooked. My spine compensated for this and basically has become "S" shaped. That is the cause of my lower back pain. Dr Tonya was the one who explained this to me. All the chiropractors I've seen knew about this and did nothing about it. Dr Tonya was the only chiropractor who suggested I buy a $5 heel wedge that would prop up my shorter right leg to balance out my legs. After doing so, it was a world of difference! My back pain was finally gone. $5 that's all it took and I've been seeing her ever since for many years now. She's honest and takes the time to explain things. If she's not able to treat you, she'll let you know right at the beginning. She's not money driven like most chiropractors. She doesn't push you to keep coming back. She'll tell you how many seasons you need depending on your condition then you decide how many times you want to see her. She cares about her work. She's not just going through the motions and being fake nice just to get you to come back. You won't feel that she has a "one size fits all" solution where everybody gets exactly the same treatment. You'll actually get personalized service, as it should be since everyone is different. The cost is $115 for the first time you see her. She'll do an assessment and you'll receive treatment also, many chiropractors don't do this. From there, it's $50 for each session. Canada Life Insurance does cover chiropractic treatments. However, you have to pay first and get reimbursed after and they only cover a maximum of $40 per session. You'll end up paying $10 out of pocket per visit. Uptown Midwives & Family Wellness does have 7 parking spaces at the back of the building. Since Dr Tonya does 1 appointment at a time, you won't have any problems getting a parking spot. They are also fully handicapped accessible. Dr Tonya is honest, get results and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!”

“Dr. Tonya is an amazing Chiropractor. I saw her pre pregnancy, during pregnancy, and post pregnancy. She has also seen my son weeks after he was born, and takes care of us as a family. “I started seeing Dr Tonya during the third trimester of my pregnancy for my breech baby using Webster techniques. She is very knowledgeable, warm and has such a calming presence which really helped reassure me as a first time mom! After my delivery, she also started seeing our baby to help release tension from the breech position and oral ties which impacted our breastfeeding. She’s so gentle that our baby stays asleep during his body work adjustments! Would highly recommend Dr Tonya!”

“I can’t recommend Dr. Tonya Luby enough. She was my pregnancy chiropractor from 2nd trimester through delivery and into postpartum and she’s been treating my baby since birth. During pregnancy: I was dealing with pelvic pain and hip misalignment. Dr. Luby helped realign my pelvis and relieve pressure. That made a huge difference for my comfort + she prepped my body for labor and delivery. I felt balanced and way less anxious about birth because of her. Postpartum: After a rough delivery, she helped me heal with postpartum chiropractic adjustments for my back and pelvis. She also treated the tension I built up from nursing and holding my baby all day. I recovered way faster than I expected. Infant: My baby had a traumatic birth and was really fussy the first few weeks. Dr. Luby does newborn/ infant chiropractic care that is SO gentle. After just a couple sessions her latch improved, her neck tension released, and the colic got way better. She still sees Dr. Luby every 3-4 weeks now for pediatric chiropractic to support her development, sleep, and digestion as she grows.
