“Very expensive lesson that doctors are very confined by diagnostic testing still designed for boys. Admitted that possible masking was occurring in my daughter but that testing was not allowing diagnosis - so my daughter remains unsupported. Disappointing as we were sent to Dr. Sharon because she was supposed to be an expert in diagnosing females that otherwise get missed.”

“Dr. Arnold is awesome!!! I felt at ease right away speaking with both her and the staff. Pros: Both in person and virtual meetings were possible. Georgia!!! Always there to answer my questions when I called! Dr. Arnold really understands my condition Cons: The sessions go by so fast. If you or your kids are dealing with what you think is ADHD look no further. You will no be disappointed.”

“I have called Arnold & Associates 3 times in the past month, looking for help for my daughter. The first time I left a voicemail asking someone to call me back. I never received a call back. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, about 10 days later I called again and this time the receptionist said she would give my name and number to a particular therapist to call me back. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received a call back. I called again today and asked if it's normal not to have heard back from anyone after almost 2 weeks, and was basically brushed off by the receptionist and told that "maybe someone wrote your [my] number down wrong", or "sometimes husbands don't give their wives the messages." Seriously?! Really unprofessional from start to finish and unbelievably dismissive, especially coming from an office of therapists who are allegedly in the business of helping people?? Beyond that, I never did hear back from the therapist herself...but who knows whether she ever got any of the messages. As a professional person myself, who returns calls in a timely manner and would never brush off a potential new client, I am now looking elsewhere and would never recommend this place EVER.”
