FOR NEW PATIENTS: Please book an Initial Assessment & 2 Subsequent Visits at 1 week intervals following your initial. This secures your space in our busy schedule and can be adjusted based on your treatment plan.

FOR EXISTING PATIENTS: If it has been longer than 6 months or you have a new complaint, please book a Re-Eval/New Complaint Assessment .

If you don’t see a suitable time, please join the waitlist.

Direct billing is not available for custom orthotics or knee braces. Payment is due in full at your visit. A receipt will be provided for insurance submission.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments are reserved for you. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations/missed visits are subject to a fee: 50% for the first occurrence, 100% thereafter. Please update reminder preferences to avoid charges. Extenuating circumstances must be discussed with the clinic by phone.

“I started going to Dr Rebecca on referral from my family doctor for foot pain. In 2-3 sessions with Dr Rebecca, my foot pain had decreased substantially. Now, I sleep comfortably and don’t have to constantly rearrange my feet while I’m sleeping. During my initial assessment with Dr Rebecca, she asked me about headaches. I have suffered with headaches for pretty much my entire life. I was taking Advil on a near-daily basis. Dr Rebecca told me that she would be able to help me with these. Once we got my foot pain under control, I asked if we could change our focus to my headaches. After 1 session, I went from taking Advil daily to not having to take Advil at all. I am now 2 weeks into our work on my headaches and I am still Advil-free, and more importantly, headache-free! Dr Rebecca is kind and she listens to me and my body.
