“Honestly I am shocked by the level of unprofessionalism here. I went to Dr. Smith multiple times and eventually was sucked into buying a very expensive amount of supplements that she practically promised would give me results that would shock western medicine. I tried all the different medicines that she had my body “choose” by testing arm reaction to the bottles, and I reacted poorly to all of them. When I asked a pharmacist about the pills I’d been given, they said they’d never heard of them and couldn’t say if there was any interaction. I tried to reach out to see if Dr. Smith knew if what I purchased from her was safe to use or try using still, but she went on vacation for a long time. She did not once reach out to me to see how I was doing or if I was improving after I purchased items from her. She really sucked me in by saying it wouldn’t be good for her business if she was a fraud. Sadly, once I gave her money, I never was followed up with again. Will be trying somewhere else since I was hopeful she’d be my miracle worker & actually felt heard, but now have felt I’ve done my journey alone and fearfully given the lack of guidance.”Read moreShow less

“It has been an incredibly long journey trying to navigate our medical system to get the desperate support I felt I needed from Ontario doctors. This was back in 2015 when out of the blue I became extremely ill in a fast way. My body was in some crisis. I couldn’t get out of bed without feeling intense nausea and often I would vomit hard when my feet hit the floor. This occurred all day off and on. My dr diagnosed an autoimmune disease and an “sluggish” thyroid. He died in his sleep this exact night and the new doctor couldn’t help me. I lost 28 pounds quickly. I was 99 pounds for a long time and my gait changed Still I was given anti anxiety meds that made me very ill. I did not have anxiety. I was put on many of these meds by the new doctor. People noticed and were worried and I eventually isolated from everyone to try and heal myself. I felt like I was going crazy at times and not believed by the doctors. The nausea was thee most challenging symptom I was dealing with, but I was also experiencing since 2015 a painful upper GI and gut. I had a difficult time eating anything. I was sent to several Specialists in obscure diseases. Not one London Ontario doctor could help me. Inside I felt so helpless and hopeless and I felt ill in my entire body. Fast Forward to 2023.(8 years later)!!… I am in Victoria BC and I was blessed to have found the most brilliant ND, Dr Penny Seth-Smith, who even dispenses from her office! Something bigger was pushing me to her and it was the best decision I had ever made. Dr Penny has treated me for the chronic nausea and today it’s been 4 months that I have not felt any nausea. This is why I wanted to write a testimonial of sorts. Dr. Penny has been working with me to heal my upper GI, complete gut along with a couple other symptoms. I have not felt this healthy and clear of mind of which path I am taking to completely heal my body as I do now. My body has transitioned and responded so well to the protocols of Homeopathic and Natural remedies. It’s taken a move to beautiful Victoria to find her but Dr. Penny IS “ the cream of the crop”, and deeply magical. Dr. Penny’s expertise in her craft, her internal knowledge ( she is a library herself of information), and her incredible compassion, which is so obvious when you sit with her in her office on that first visit. We need to keep Homeopathic Alternative Medicine available Always, as a choice. I dont know what I would do without Dr. Penny, now that I found her. “I went to Dr. Penny with 6 different issues a few months back. Some of them including migranes, fatigue, and hives. Over the past few months we managed to fix every single problem I came in with, and a few others we added on such as overeating and grinding teeth. My body responded so well to the homeopathic remedys! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Penny to anyone looking for alternative medicine. She seems to strike a proper balance between energetic and more scientific based knowledge which is perfect.
