“By far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered in any business! Very professional. The moment I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the receptionist in such a friendly and warm way. It felt like I was coming home. Lily tested my eyes and made it so easy for me, as did Dr Vallance. He explained the status of my eyes in layman's language which I greatly appreciated, and he took away all the reservations I had about wearing glasses finally. And Sunny was amazing in her ability to educate me as to what type of glasses to purchase. As I'm a 75 year old guy who has never had glasses before she was wonderful in showing me all sorts of choices and explaining the differences so I could make an informed decision. I bought a pair of glasses from them several years ago, and recently lost a screw holding them together, The staff helped me find a replacement screw and reattached my glasses perfectly. No charge. “I couldn't be more disappointed. I spent $800 on knew glasses and the prescription seemed off. After 6 months or so they finally agreed to retest my eyes and confirmed the prescription was off. The lady who was then to fit me for a new pair (she didn't introduce herself) was adamant it was all in my head and wouldn't replace them. The process was devoid of respect.”Read moreShow less
