If you’re new to the clinic, when you book in, you’ll be asked to enter a valid credit card into the system to ease payment procedures in clinic. The system is secure and only the last 4 digits are viewable. Your card will only be billed once treatment is received and upon your approval. If you would like to pay for your appointment via another payment option (direct billing to insurance or etransfer), please let Dr. Carr know. If you do not have a credit card or would prefer not to enter it when booking, please contact me directly.
Please note, I have a minimum 24 hours notice requirement for any cancellations, and will charge the full amount for late cancellations or no shows.
Please be aware that the clinic is a fragrance-free environment. Please refrain from using scented items like perfume, cologne, scented hairspray, and similar products.
About the clinic
My office is at #410-943 West Broadway (between Oak and Laurel, north side). Please note there is construction on West Broadway for the future Skytrain between Commercial and Arbutus. There is parking underground with elevator access (except Saturdays), pay lots nearby (including an open air one on Laurel between Broadway and 8th) and under Shopper’s Drugmart, as well as free parking spots nearby (if your parking luck is with you).
*Because of increased fees from my regulatory college, insurance, and rent, I will be raising my fees slightly starting July 1, 2026.
