“I’ve been going to this independent optical store for years and the level of customer service has always been exceptional. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and stress-free. They are incredibly patient with my kids and never make you feel pressured to purchase anything unless you are completely confident and happy with your choice. Most recently, my 11-year-old son was given the opportunity to learn how to use contact lenses, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The patience, encouragement, and support they showed him throughout the process was amazing. They took the time to guide him step by step, making him feel comfortable and confident the entire time. “I have been using Specs On Bloor since I moved to Toronto in 1998. They do a very good job and have a good selection of frames. They will also put new lenses in your old frames if you prefer. The customer service is excellent -- they even once replaced screws that had come loose free of charge. Photo shows progressives (with transition lenses), computer glasses and Easiclip sunglasses (distance lenses) -- all from Specs on Bloor (both lenses and frames).”Read moreShow less
