“My sister and I went to Dr. Chan for custom orthotics. The process was very smooth, efficient and comfortable, Dr. Chan uses the newest 3D scanning technology to get accurate imaging and measurements of the feet. The receptionist, Mandy, was so kind and easy to talk to. She took the time to thoroughly and clearly explain the process for submitting the claim to our extended health care insurance providers.
