“I LOVE this clinic and Dr KK First, best injector I’ve ever been to and really appreciate the artistry and honesty with all things aesthetic. I’ve never felt pressured to get something done, if anything, I’ve had honest feedback about injections or procedures that have been in my best interest financially and cosmetically. They had an abundance of injection models which allowed for more than enough hands on training to feel confident starting my neuromodulator practice from the get go! “I’ve been getting Botox, filler etc for 5 years now and I have never had a worse experience than with this clinic. Not only is the receptionist extremely unfriendly, she messed up my appointment not once, but three times. Then when I was promised a treatment of my choice for their mistake, I never received it or had any mention of it. Then attempted to charge me $100 for a rescheduling fee after already having me show up to their clinic when no one was even there. Dr Kelly is mediocre at these treatments at best so the awful service is just one more reason to not go here.”Read moreShow less

“A great experience! Dr KK and Lori as well as all the other ladies there made us feel comfortable and listened to our concerns. I went together with a friend and we both left feeling like we were heard and cared for as well as each of us was treated individually and our treatments were definitely individualized for each of us. As a 65 year old woman my face and muscles and collagen are different than a 30 year old or a 40 year old and I felt that Dr. KK and Lori both listened to my concerns that I needed that taken into account. “Dr. Kelly Kasteel and her incredible team put together an amazing wrinkle relaxer injection course. It was thoughtful and well-organized, offering plenty of hands-on experience and sharing of valuable clinical pearls. The course struck the perfect balance between didactic learning and practical experience, with an emphasis on the latter, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
