“I'm so fortunate to have found Dr. Koch! In our initial meeting, I spoke about my health concerns. She was very thorough, asked a lot of questions to understand my health status and issues. Soon after our meeting, she came back with a detailed plan of actions, outlining how we will target these issues together, both short term and long term. I've been seeing her for a few months, and I can see a huge improvement in my body that the other medical doctors weren't able to resolve without using strong medications, such as antibiotics. I recently was recommended a medical treatment by a specialist. I contacted Dr. Koch right away, as I trust her in her opinions. “I recently visited Jilan with high hopes of finding a natural and holistic approach to address my health concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below my expectations. Here’s why: Unprofessional Staff: From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They were unorganized and didn't seem to have my appointment details ready. I was left waiting for nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no apology or explanation. Lack of Knowledge and Expertise: The naturopath I saw seemed to lack a thorough understanding of basic health issues. When I asked specific questions about my condition, their answers were vague and uninformative. I did not feel confident in their ability to provide sound medical advice. High Pressure to Buy Products: Throughout my consultation, there was an uncomfortable amount of pressure to purchase expensive supplements and treatments that were not only overpriced but also felt like a blatant upsell. It felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine healthcare consultation. Poor Follow-Up: After my visit, I was promised a follow-up call to discuss my lab results and next steps. Weeks went by with no contact. When I finally reached out, I was met with excuses and further delays. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable, especially when it comes to healthcare. Questionable Practices: Some of the treatments and recommendations made by the clinic seemed dubious and not based on solid scientific evidence. I left feeling more confused and skeptical about their approach to my health issues. Unsanitary Environment: The clinic's facilities did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. The waiting room was dusty, and the treatment rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Cleanliness is paramount in any medical setting, and this clinic fell short in maintaining basic hygiene standards. Overpriced Services: The cost of services here is exorbitant compared to other clinics. Considering the quality of service I received, it felt like a complete waste of money. I believe that good healthcare should be accessible and fairly priced, neither of which I found at [Naturopathic Clinic Name]. Overall, my experience at Jilan was highly unsatisfactory.
