“I’ve had such a positive experience with Dr. Jessica Flamand, ND. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. She takes a very thorough and thoughtful approach, looking at the full picture of your health rather than just treating symptoms. Dr. Flamand is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. “I was very excited to have my appointment with her but unfortunately she stood me up. I waited at her office door for 30 minutes. I tried to email with no response and there is no phone number online to call. I will also say the building she is working out of is very creepy and I was honestly nervous being there alone. “Found her to be a bit unrelatable at times and dismissive of my concerns about how her recommended diet will be very restrictive and more costly for me, and being able to meet my caloric needs. She prescribed me a supplement dosage that was 2-3 times what the bottle recommended, even though there was no bloodwork showing I was deficient and she did not ask me about my diet to see what my diet intake of the nutrient was like. Dismissive when I told her the supplement caused me symptoms. I gave 3 stars as she is very good with responding to emails, and she raised a few good points for me to consider.
