“Very satisfied with the Ortho-K treatment. It helps stabilize your vision from deteriorating. It is also very convenient as you can wear it while you sleep and take it off when you wake up.”

“I’ve been coming here for ortho-k lens for over 20 years. Ortho-k has helped stabilize my vision and it’s so convenient. I put it on at night, take it off in the morning and will have perfect vision. Don’t need to wear glasses during the day anymore!”

“Dr Herman Shen was incredibly thorough and genuinely listened to my concerns. As always, polite, professional, personal, comprehensive, empathetic and knowledgeable . Highly recommended! One of the staff was really outstanding from the team is Michelle Wong, she is the best optician I ‘ve ever met. She is very professional , experienced and knowledgeable. When I shopped in the store, there were many customers from all age groups. Michelle treated them all with a kind, caring and patient manner. For my own shopping experience. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I could not have asked for better care, kindness, attention to details, thoroughness and professionalism. They have been very convenient for me as I don’t have to wear glasses during the day and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try. “My son has been seeing Dr. Shen for ortho-k treatment for the past four years, starting when he was just 10 years old. We’ve had follow-up appointments every six months, and Dr. Shen has consistently provided very thorough and attentive care.
