We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments may be cancelled by phone at 613-549-7272, by email at DrMurphyND@gmail.com, or online.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled visit.
Please note that if your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, cancellations must be received by the preceding Thursday, as the clinic is closed Friday through Sunday.
Dr. Murphy does not accept new patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18 years of age.

Historic Woolen Mill, 4 Cataraqui Street Suite 202, Kingston ON
Please use either the Cataraqui Street entrance or the East Wing entrance located behind the building. Once inside, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Our clinic is the second door on the right. (Please note that the suite numbers are not in sequential order.)
Parking:
Free parking is available. Turn right into the parking lot just before reaching the Woolen Mill and continue around to the back of the building, where ample parking is available. The East Wing entrance is also located here.

To reserve your appointment, we ask that you keep a credit card on file. This provides a convenient, contactless payment option and supports our cancellation policy. If you prefer, debit payment is also available at the clinic.

If you would like an earlier appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to add you to our waitlist. Our reception team will contact you if an earlier appointment becomes available.

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Murphy for over four years now, and she’s honestly one of those practitioners you feel genuinely lucky to have found. She has a calm, thorough approach that never feels rushed - even when I come in feeling like I don’t have much to report, I always leave the appointment feeling positive, confident in her recommendations, and glad I came. Her explanations are thoughtful and easy to understand, and she has a real gift for making you feel like she’s fully taken stock of where you’re at and where you’re headed. Her recommendations are also very reasonable, which I appreciate. The office itself is a lovely space at the Woolen Mill with tons of free parking, and it’s well-stocked with thoughtfully curated supplements, vitamins, and clean protein powders (the chocolate is a personal favourite - not too sweet!). Lisa at reception is also an absolute sweetheart and adds to the welcoming atmosphere. “I have been with Dr. Murphy for almost 6 years. I find her extremely personable, clear with detail, highly knowledgeable and fun. We seem to always have some good laughs. I always feel heard before she addresses any concern. The one thing that I really enjoy is that her office is small. I always feel important and never like a number. I have never felt rushed. It’s never one person after the other. Dr. Murphy has also reached out to me days later if she thinks of something after the appointment. I guess what I am saying is that even after our appointment I know she will be processing and thinking about whatever may need attention. I feel secure and safe in her care.
