“After a frustrating experience at another dental office, I started seeing Dr. Wong, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My previous dentist had repaired one tooth while missing a cavity in the tooth beside it. That tooth eventually broke and had to be fixed again. They also left my fillings too high, but despite my concerns, they repeatedly insisted nothing was wrong. Dr. Wong took the time to thoroughly assess my bite and explained exactly what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. He made several bite adjustments over the course of a few appointments as my jaw gradually adapted and settled. He explained that this process can be completely normal when correcting a long-standing bite issue. What impressed me the most was that these adjustments had nothing to do with work he had done, yet he never charged me for any of them. He genuinely wanted to make sure my bite was comfortable and functioning properly. Dr. Wong is, without question, the most thorough dentist I have ever met. He explains everything before, during, and after each appointment so you always know what to expect. He also took the time to work with me to figure out why I was developing so many cavities instead of simply treating them and moving on. What also sets him apart is the level of care he provides after your appointment. A couple of days after dental work, he personally calls to check in and see how you're feeling and whether everything is healing and functioning as it should. That kind of follow-up is something I have never experienced with any other dentist, and it really shows how much he cares about his patients. He's also incredibly meticulous with his own work. During one filling, everything felt fine to me, but when he checked it himself, he wasn't satisfied with the result. Even though I couldn't tell the difference, it didn't meet his standards, so he redid it. That really showed me how committed he is to doing things right. He doesn't cut corners to save time or money. I would describe Dr. Wong as a perfectionist—in the very best sense of the word. He takes immense pride in his work, and it shows. On top of that, he has completed extensive continuing education beyond dental school to continually improve his techniques and provide the highest quality care. If you're looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and truly cares about his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Wong highly enough. He is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had, and I genuinely believe he's one of the best you'll find anywhere in our area.”Read moreShow less

“I had the absolute best dental experience today at Dr Elston Wing Dentistry. I’ve always been a bit anxious about dental visits but my dental hygienist, Lisanne, was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explained every step of the process and put me completely at ease. The clinic’s advanced technology made the cleaning fast, pain-free, and highly efficient. The entire team is wonderful. I needed someone who was good at what they do and Dr Elston is that guy. Respectable,Honest,and extremely knowledgeable with what he does. “Dr. Wong's dental practice has the most courteous staff. They have the most efficient appointment schedule. Your appointment always begins on time. They are friendly, attentive and answers questions so that when the procedure begins you have no concerns on what is about to happen. “Dr. Wong is such an outstanding dentist. He is truly passionate about dentistry and uses all the latest tools and techniques. He uses a holistic approach because he really wants all of his patients to be as healthy as they possibly can be. 10/10 recommend. “I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office. The front staff are amazing, the hygienists, the assistants and of course, the doctors are absolutely reliable and wonderful. All of my children feel safe and comfortable with everyone and enjoy being seen. I had an emergency and walked into the office moments before they were closing (unaware that they close early on Fridays) and I was seen by Dr.Wong even though he ran over time. I am soooo grateful for that kind of treatment, it made me feel cared for and safe in a time of needing help right then and there.
