“Dr. Calvin Kim was recommended by a few of our close friends, so my husband and I decided to give him a try after physiotherapy wasn’t helping much with his back and leg pain along with lingering numbness. We were amazed at how much better he felt after just the first treatment. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and experienced, and now we understand why so many friends recommended him. “I had been pushing through significant discomfort in my lower back, shoulders, and neck while working. Recently, the pain became severe enough that I asked around for a reputable chiropractor or acupuncturist, and remarkably, three different people recommended this clinic. Although I initially hesitated due to the distance, the multiple recommendations convinced me to give it a try. I was immediately impressed by the helpful and courteous assistance provided over the phone, and I want to extend my gratitude to the warmly welcoming staff during registration. As for Dr. Calvin Kim, he is truly exceptional. He is incredibly upbeat and approachable, yet maintains a high level of professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly explain the root causes of my pain and the specific issues I was experiencing. Having lived in Toronto for over 20 years, I can honestly say this is the first time I have felt such a genuine sense of comfort and connection with a healthcare professional. After just a single session, I already find it much easier to breathe as the tension in my back has noticeably subsided, and my shoulders are feeling slightly better as well. Despite the commute, I fully intend to continue visiting for ongoing treatment. “I’ve been coming here for years for both chiropractic care and massage, and I can’t recommend them enough. Dr. Calvin, Mrs. Kim, and David are all amazing, professional, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. It’s honestly a blessing to have such great practitioners nearby, and I’ve realized how rare that really is. “Every visit to Dr. Calvin Kim’s clinic is such a pleasant experience. He is always kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen and understand. I feel relaxed and cared for every time I go, and I can truly see the improvement. My husband used to see Dr. Kim years ago and always said he was excellent, and now I completely agree. Jorde Yang, the physiotherapist, is also wonderful and very professional. The massage therapy at this clinic is on another level as well. Somehow they have gathered only truly skilled therapists, and I honestly feel like I was the last person to discover this place. “On the recommendation from a neighbor, I went to Dr. Kim for a mild tear in my rotator cuff. My GP had recommended physio. He thoroughly examined me and the ultrasounds and x-rays. He thoroughly explained the injury and the treatment. After 2 visits, which included IFC, shock treatment, and massaging, I was able to sleep pain-free. I was instructed on exercises to continue the recovery. He makes himself available anytime to questions or concerns. He was able to apply his experience to effectively treat me. “I’ve been suffering from shoulder blade/chest pain for over 2 years and been to many different chiropractors. But with only 1 visit from Dr Calvin, the pain is completely gone. He’s also fixed my sciatica nerve on my left leg and my lower back. Dr Calvin honestly beats any other chiropractors in the GTA. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. No BS and straight to the point.
