“Dr. Anna Cabrita is lovely! I called and left a message with Optimum Chiropractic Victoria as I had a back spasm and did not have a Chiropractor. The office receptionist called me back first thing the next day and booked me in that same day. This was amazing. The office is clean and well organized. Dr. Anna took the time to explain how my spasm happened, teaching me a lot about the bone structure and their function, what to do when a spasm first occurs, and followup stretching techniques. Then, she worked her magic! I was so very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. “After 8 weeks of solid pain and nothing really useful from doctor visits, I made an appointment with Dr Chin. He was thorough, kind and competent in attempting to assess exactly what my problem is. And even though he wasn’t able to give a firm diagnosis, his treatment worked wonders. The day after my appointment I am much much better - more range of motion, much less pain. “I've been going to Dr Chin for 30 years now. I was recommended to him after complaining to a friend that I was very hard to adjust and I felt like most of the Chiropractors just couldn't effectively adjust me. After the first session I knew I had found my guy. Even after moving to Vancouver, I would come back to Victoria to have Jack adjust me. I've recommended Dr Chin to every single person that would listen to me and even some that didn't want to. Many of my injuries over the years have been sports related and Jack has a passion for sports rehab but don't let that stop you if that's not your case. You would be hard pressed to find a more learned chiropractor in the province and if you are lucky enough to have Dr Chin become your chiropractor, he will address your issues and you will walk out of there better than you walked in and that is a 100% guarantee!
