“I have been coming to the clinic for over 2 years now and have received great tailored and specialized care. Due to changes in my schedule I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Andy and he is great at identifying the areas that require attention and tailoring his adjustment and exercises accordingly. I highly recommend him as someone who is very experienced and knowledgeable. “I'm happy that I found Dr. Andy, he is the 3rd chiropractor that I've visited. I didn't feel confident about the first 2 so I kept looking until I found Dr. Andy. My neck curve before adjustments was stage 3 at a 5.3 degree curve, and after 4 months my curve had improved to 30.5 degrees, reverting me back to stage 2. The healthy curve is 42 degrees so we made a lot of progress in a short amount of time. The progress will vary by individual, severity, frequency of adjustments, and being mindful of your posture. This was my experience. I committed to the corrective treatment and was happy to get a personalized package that was customized to my needs. I was told which exercises I needed to do and which ones to avoid. The package includes lessons to educate you, so you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. You get a therapeutic pillow, a variety of tools to do exercises at home. I confirm there has been a major improvement. Andy is also a genuine and caring person who is great with little kids. I felt comfortable recommending him to my family. The staff at reception is always friendly, and what completes the visit are the two emotional support dogs that hang out while you wait for your adjustment. Definitely recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Andy and the staff at Chiropractic First Natural Health Group are just fantastic. Everyone is always very friendly, organized, efficient and able to answer any and all of my questions thoroughly and timely. I have been attending the clinic for just over a month now and have already experienced improvements to my back and neck pains. I have seen numerous chiropractors before but Dr. Andy and team are very different. They offer corrective chiropractic as well as the short term relief chiropractics that we are all accustomed to. In corrective care, you will experience appointments, training & information sessions, xrays and be provided with corrective tools/equipment to assist with your rehabilitation. Dr. Andy and team are very much focused on your health and helping you to get back to your normal feeling self again. I have been living with my back pain for over 3 years and this is the first time that I am feeling real relief. To really put this into context, I saw my family physician over the years for this issue and was told "I'll live". Who the heck wants to live with pain?? “I started my treatment last year and since the first day the entire staff have been incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating to all my schedule changes. Dr. Andy has been great, very attentive and informative to all my questions, not to mention patient! On one occasion he squeezed me in last min as I had suddenly tweaked my back, and what a relief. Received an adjustment from Dr.Freddy once and regardless of not being his patient the level of care did not change. “I have been under Dr. Andy's care for many years. His philosophy on chiropractics is much different than what I experienced with other chiropractors. I used to suffer with a lot of migraines, neck and lower back pains. Regular adjustments from Dr. Andy has definitely improved my quality of life. “I started going to chiropractic first at the beginning of this year as i was so tired of living with constant back pain. I had seen so many chiropractors who really only gave temporary relief, but coming to this clinic was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr Andy is a God send in my opinion. Not only has he helped me feel better but hes also shown me and educated me on how and why i had those pains. Rather than giving the temporary fix, he is actually correcting it.
