“There are few times when you wish you could give more than five star reviews and this place is just that. Amazing service from entry to exit point. Such wonderful reception with smiles and always willing to help and accommodate. Professional service and total treatment. When I went there I knew I had issues but was impressed with thorough review and treatment. Place is squeaky clean every time you walk in. “Dr. Kerstin is attentive, gentle, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I always feel safe in her care, which makes it easy to trust her with my dental treatments. She genuinely connects with her patients, and you can tell she truly cares. The clinic feels very clean and well-maintained. I’ve often noticed how frequently gloves are changed and how consistently everything is sanitized, which gives me peace of mind about anything going into my mouth. “Dr.Chan has been our family's dentist for several years. The dentistry service is fine, no complaints. But you are usually kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. You need to schedule a good 2 hours for a less than one-hour appointment. This is not an issue if you have all the time in the world. Reception is friendly, but incompetent and unprofessional. I appreciate that good help can be hard to find, but every time you come in there is a good chance that they have your appointment time and date messed up. Even if they have your time correct there is a 100% chance you will be left waiting. Unfortunately life is busy; we can't handle the lack of respect for patient's time and have now switched to Astra Dental.”Read moreShow less

“I recently experienced an incident that I am very thankful to Dr. Chan. I was on leave without pay from work. My compensation department oversight my case and did not inform me about the dental plan changes. I ended up booking dental appointments for the family without knowing my dental plan was temporarily terminated. By the time I found it out, I was frustrated as the full payment was something our family did not expect. I have to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Chan here as she tried to help us with her kindness and understanding after learning my circumstances! “Dr. Chan has been our family dentist for the past 10 years. It's beyond my words to express my appreciation of her professionalism, expertise, kindness, patience and outstanding services. Dr. Chan has always been so kind and gentle to her patients, especially our three young children. Our three young children started their dental appointments at their very young age. All of them have enjoyed their dental appointments and have always been looking forward to their next appointment. Our youngest daughter who is 4 said on her last appointment in December 2021, that Dr. Chan was her favorite person. :) I would highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone who is looking for a professional, skillful, patient, gentle, and hardworking dentist.
