“I honestly can’t thank this dental team enough. From the very first phone call, they made me feel so safe and welcomed. I deal with anxiety and they were incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding every step of the way. They really took their time with me and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. “I have been going to Downtown Dental for over 30 years and cannot recommend them highly enough! The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming and experienced. Over the last 3 decades they have provided fantastic care, ranging from routine checkups and cleanings to more complicated procedures like crowns and root canals. I recently completed Invisalign here as well and the results are amazing. It is rare to find a dental office that combines this level of expertise with such genuine care. “Downtown Dental was awesome. 100%. Everyone involved in my visit was excellent @ their position from receptionist, assistant to dentist. I rang because of emergency and luckily I got an appointment the next day. They were so kind to ring and said there was an early spot so please show early if it suits my schedule. “Laura my hygienist is the absolute best, she is so kind and friendly. She makes getting your teeth cleaned a breeze. With good conversation and she is so down to earth! I never mind go to the dentist when I know she’s taking care of me. She also tells me what I need to work on if I have to giveattent to certain parts of my mouth. “Very positive experience with wisdom tooth removal! Wisdom teeth were bothering me and other dentists were booking 1 month out. I was at the Canaray next door for x-rays and decided to pop in and ask about availability. Desk clerk was lovely-- able to schedule me in NEXT DAY for consultation. Dr. Safaa is brilliant and was able to do extraction SAME DAY as consult. Obviously depends on each person, but I had pretty straight wisdom teeth. The procedure was quick and painless with local anesthetic. Dr. Safaa was operating for 25 mins total, and I only felt mild pressure. I reccomend bringing earphones, nice to keep you busy. The dental assistant was wonderful too-- answered questions I had. Prescribed painkillers, antibiotics, swelling meds. They direct bill, so I was able to combine my parents insurance and university insurance; paid $14 out of pocket. Overall very pleasant experience! I'm a student so I have a home dentist, but I highly recommend Dr. Safaa for wisdom tooth extraction, even if she's not your regular dentist!”Read moreShow less
