“I have been visiting this clinic since 2018. The physiotherapists at this clinic have always been my cheerleaders when I felt like giving up on my therapy. Larissa and Elysa have been a gift in my journey with a recent back injury. It was a scary experience but with their experience, support, encouragement and care, I feel stronger than I have ever been. I am eternally grateful to the clinic and its staff (special shout out to Lisa, too!)”Read moreShow less

“My husband and I had the privilege to work with Elysa Graci as athletic therapist and she made an incredible difference in our experience and we are so grateful for her care and expertise. My husband had a serious disease that limited greatly his movements. From the very beginning she has shown a genuine commitment to truly understanding our needs and goals. Her knowledge and thoughtful approach have made a meaningful impact on our progress and overall well-being. She took the time to explain every excercise clearly, ensuring we felt comfortable and supported, and consistency adapted her approach to what worked best for us. We can't recommend her highly enough!”Read moreShow less

“I have been receiving physiotherapy and athletic therapy at this clinic for 12 years. It has made a tremendous difference to my physical health. I have been client of Athletic Therapist, Elysa Graci for many years. She is truly exceptional- because she follows up on me (and her other clients as well). She persists and adjusts the program through health crises and. aging, so that I feel and act much younger than my years. I am totally grateful for the excellent care delivered by this climic.”Read moreShow less

“Elysa Graci, Certified Athletic Therapist, was highly recommended by a former colleague. She is a very caring, friendly and knowledgeable healthcare professional. Based on your situation and injuries, she will make a custom exercise program for strengthening and pain reduction. As we talk during our sessions, this makes them more enjoyable and the exercises feel less like work. I have been seeing Elysa for more than 10 years and definitely feel an improvement in my symptoms after starting our workouts. It is important to continue with the program and keep moving as I feel my aches and pains more when I stop. Elysa is a valuable asset to the clinic. If you put in the time and effort, I know she will help you attain your goals too!”Read moreShow less

“in the space of a dozen years I managed to break both arms into fragments, requiring major orthopedic surgery to put the pieces back together. i cannot speak too highly of my surgeon at Mt Sinai, Dr Kuziak, thanks to whose skill I have almost full function in both arms. But each required a lengthy recovery at the Rehab and Wellbeing Clinic, starting with passive physiotherapy to restore the full range of movement, followed by exercise training to recover from the muscle wasting that occurred during prolonged immobilization. On both occasions my physiotherapist referred me to an experienced exercise trainer, Elysa Graci who, while looking at my badly wasted shoulder girdle muscles made the comment "while we're at it lets work on the abs, quads and gluts". Elysa meant that this should be a whole body recovery plan, and she has the psychological as well as physical skills to bring this about. Over the space of a few years I made excellent progress, felt years younger, and continued until Elysa went on maternity leave and I retired. Then came the second, more serious fracture of my right arm while hiking in Nepal. It required emergency surgery in Kathmandu to stabilize the arm sufficiently to fly back, plus heavy antibiotics to stave off the infection that could have cost me my arm, followed by two additional surgeries by Dr Kuziak to finally get the pieces back together. And so back to Elysa via my physiotherapist Mark. She is now a good friend and we somehow manage to joke while she is putting me through the heavy stuff. She is knowledgeable and a skilled sports psychologist, and I plan to continue with our weekly sessions that reinforce my daily workouts at home. I am now in my late 70's and understand that attention to physical fitness with an experience professional like Elysa is life changing.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Elysa Graci (Certified Athletic Therapist) for the past 8 months on a regular basis (and previously between 2017 and 2019) and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She has helped me on my fitness journey and helped me get stronger and more active in an effective but safe way. She has worked with me throughout a back injury and helped me correct muscle imbalances. The progress that I have made is a testament to her knowledge, skill and encouragement. She is both patient and kind and has made me feel comfortable in our sessions since day 1. She has built me a program that works for my goals and makes the appropriate adjustments for injuries so that I don't lose progress but can also remain safe and healthy. She has impacted my life in such a positive way and I highly recommend her services.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been seeing Elysa Graci, Athletic Therapist, for about a year now, and I cannot recommend her services enough! I initially started working with her because I was intimidated by strength training and wanted to ensure I was exercising safely while still making improvements. Elysa is incredibly thoughtful; she developed a strength and cardio plan that perfectly fits my lifestyle and allows me to train effectively in my own condo gym. I really appreciate how proactive she is with following up to schedule appointments, and she is always finding new ways to challenge me and keep me progressing. Also, the program planner app she uses is fantastic and makes tracking my workouts so easy. If you are looking to change your workout game for the better, get in touch with Elysa! You won’t regret it.”Read moreShow less

“Training with Elysa over the past 1 1/2 years to counter desk job and age-related decline in muscle mass. Great supervision, technique correction and progress over this time. Fun? Yes, fun. Very grateful to Elysa for helping me get some strength back and prevent future injury. Highly recommend working with her (but don't take my weekly spots!)”Read moreShow less

“Worked with Melanie Gordon, an amazing physio and Elyse Gracie, a fantastic athletic therapist. I strongly recommend both these practitioners. I will continue working with them as long as they are at the clinic. My health is so much better thanks to them.”
