“My experience for the last 6 weeks at Lifemark has been great. Sia has been very helpful assessing and providing helpful information. Jordan and Sarah also great with the variety of exercises to help in my recovery . I feel stronger and will continue healing from my hip replacement. “Have had some very excellent results with Mike and Sia. With lower back and sciatica pain. In just a short amount of time, I'm able to function again. They are helping me get my life back to normal. Would recommend Lifemark to anyone.”

“I’ve been going to Lifemark Physiotherapy since my car accident in June for my shoulder and elbow injuries, and the care has been excellent. Sia and Jignesh, my physiotherapists, were incredibly supportive and always personalizing my treatment. Sue and Mike in the gym also helped me work on my strength and i can clearly feel the results. “The Lifemark experience is one my wife and I will never forget. From the staff at the front desk that checked us and dealt with any appointment changes to the Phiso staff including Monica to Sue and Jordan who while being very helpful were very empathetic. They also provided me with a complete workout schedule after my therapy plan with them was complete. My wife had 2 shoulders replaced and I had two knees replaced. “I had a terrible experience. I was treated like they didn't believe I was injured. It was a WSIB claim at the end of June so I think they thought I just wanted the summer off. She had me carrying weights across the gym and I have herniated discs and tears in the cartledge around both hips bone and costs meaning leaking cartledge. This is excruciating!!! I told her so many times that I'm going to suffer later and she would smile and say oh you'll be fine. She never ever asked once how I felt after the last visit. The Physiotherapist reported to WSIB that he felt I no longer needed therapy so they refused my claim. I told him I had my 2 MRI results but it made no difference, he had made up mind up from the get go. It's not clean either. I seldom saw disinfecting. I got off the bike and the next elder lady was heading for it so I told the Physio assistant the bike hadn't been wiped and she shrugged it off and said it ah it's fine. I had just had an MRI done at the hospital...I could have had cdiff or some other superbug! Terrible!!!”Read moreShow less

“super happy with my treatment here for a work related injury. sia was very informative and sudeshna was absolutely amazing every session we had, any questions i had were answered and i was made to feel comfortable instantly. they provided the tools i need to continue to improve at home so that i'm confident with my progress going forward. definitely recommend to anyone hesitant or nervous for their first time - everyone was attentive, supportive, patient and understanding. plus the parking was covered! i will miss my weekly visits at lifemark! 💗”Read moreShow less
