“I want to preface this by saying that I have been a long time dry eye sufferer and my pain is further complicated by a number of factors. Dr Dornn has been THE most compassionate doctor I have met who is working with me to alleviate my pain. I have noted much improvement with his plan. “I had an Incident with my eyes and before I saw Dr Dornn they were getting drier and drier to a point I couldn't stand any light. The treatments he and his staff gave me helped restore my eyes so I can go out again. He is helping me to diagnose and treat other eye problems I have as well. “After 2 years of suffering with my eye condition and after many of visits to different eye doctors , (who they were saying their is no solution for my eyes ) I decided to visit Dr Dorn. The staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. Dr Dorn was explaining everything and help me a lot. Many visits yes and Sometimes I had to wait longer but it was totally worth it. “I agree Dr dornn is thorough and professional. All the same not sure if I'm going back. Too much process. Too many steps, too many check ins, and too many charges. I waited 30 mins in the lobby to pick up contacts. That should have taken 2 minutes. He is great but it feels like too much time and production for my preferences.”Read moreShow less

“This place is honestly THE BEST eye care place I’ve EVER been to! The staff are super friendly! They have a great selection of glasses, and they make me feel super comfortable/confident in my purchase! “I had the most expenses lenses available made. They were defective with a deposit on the lens that was merely cleaned off. The lenses themselves show gross chromatic distortion, that is light wavelengths do not focus on the same plane. There was no attempt to accept responsibility.
