“I've been coming here for a while now, and I honestly can't say enough great things about this salon and spa! I first started coming for facials with Harman, and after such an amazing experience, I gradually started trying more of their services. Now I regularly come for eyebrow threading with Raji, pedicures with Agnessa, facials with Harman, and RMT treatments with Valentin. Every single staff member is talented, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Harman is absolutely amazing and has created such a welcoming environment. Simran at the front desk is always so kind, sweet, and accommodating they make every visit a pleasure from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and inviting, and it's one of the reasons I find myself coming back so often. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make every appointment a great experience. I highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone looking for exceptional service in a warm, friendly, and relaxing environment. “I just tried this nail salon for the first time and the receptionist was friendly and the place looked very clean. I had a pedicure with Jinny, and she did an amazing job! She also helped me pick out a nail color, which was really sweet. I’ll definitely come back and ask for her again. “Dolce salon has a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere with soft tones, gentle music, and a very clean, modern environment. The attention to detail was excellent, especially with the nail prep and cuticle care, along with quality products used, made the service well worth the price. I appreciated the thoughtful extras, including complimentary tea and water, mini bar options, and the staff checking in throughout my appointment to ensure everything was perfect. I think it actually confirms the concern I had more than it resolves it. My review was based on a real customer experience: I walked in as a potential client, asked the price for acrylic removal, and chose not to book because the quoted price of $59.99 was significantly higher than other salons I contacted. Consumers are absolutely entitled to review pricing, customer interactions, and whether they decide to proceed. I did not criticize your technical skill because I did not receive the service. I reviewed the part of the experience I did receive: pricing and first impression. Your repeated comments about only wanting clients who can “afford” your services come across as unnecessarily defensive and dismissive. Many people can afford something and still choose not to overpay for it. Value and affordability are not the same thing. As for the empty salon, I simply stated what I observed at the time of my visit. If it was a staff break, that’s your explanation now, but it does not change what I saw as a walk-in customer. I wish you success, but respectful feedback from potential customers is also valuable feedback. ------‐----‐------‐-------‐-‐-----' I stopped into Dolce Lounge in Langley to ask about acrylic nail removal and was quoted $59.99 CAD. I was honestly shocked. To compare, I checked with a reputable salon in White Rock in a more upscale area, and they charge $20 for the same service. That pricing feels completely out of touch with the local market. When I walked in, there were no customers there, which made me wonder if others may also be discouraged by the pricing. I understand businesses can set their own rates, but charging nearly three times what another established salon charges for a basic removal service seems unreasonable. My advice to anyone considering this salon is to do your homework first and ask about pricing before booking or agreeing to any service, so there are no surprises. Based on this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. “I visited Dolce today for the first time for an RMT with Valentin. It was a relaxing experience from start to finish. You can tell they take great care to get the details right both for the aesthetic and the service. The owner was there when I checked in and made sure to ask for feedback after the treatment. “Got cat eye with dolce and it is super shiny, has some brush strokes. My nails are super short and the nail artist was able to get them done. The salon was quite busy when I got there. But the salon itself was very pretty. First day and third day of the nail. Cute for Valentine’s Day. $ 138 for manicure, gel overlay and cat eye. “Dolce Lounge is truly unlike any nail salon I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the environment is calm, quiet, and genuinely relaxing. No chaos or rushing, just a peaceful space where you can actually enjoy being pampered. The level of detail and care they put into their work is unmatched. I’ve been seeing Jinny for my nails since 2024, and I honestly couldn’t trust anyone more. Her work is consistently flawless and meticulous. She takes her time and it shows. My nails always look perfect and last so long. Harman, the owner, is incredible and truly sets the tone for the salon. You can tell she genuinely cares about every client and makes sure everyone feels comfortable, taken care of, and has an amazing experience. I genuinely look forward to my appointment!
