“I used to hate physio until I met Nam. Her approach is to ensure you connect with your body so you don't need to see her. Most of my ailments have been resolved in under 3 treatments and the rest is work for me to do on my own. I also joined her online and in person group sessions where I learn proper technique to support my other activities be it walking, working out or just proper posture. I've recommended Nam many times over and those who follow her instructions rave about the results "I just went for 2 treatments and my pain has gone away. She's a miracle worker" Nam will tell you if she can help or let you know if you need other treatment than she can't provide. I highly recommend Nam - she's honest, direct and her no-nonsense approach will get to the root of the issue real fast.”Read moreShow less

“My relationship to my body has completed transformed through my work with Nam for the past 5 years. Through Nam's work, I have become more body aware, empowered and I live with better insight into how I move day-to-day! I started seeing Nam in 2017 for small aches and pains due to bad posture and a desk job. Since then, she's helped me through my regular functional movement, a car accident and recovery from surgery (not related), and each time I have walked away feeling so grateful to have found her. She uses a variety of manual manipulation and exercises to fully stretch her clients out and put them back into the right alignment. It is like no other physio I've ever experienced before. Sometimes her work feels like a very deep massage, and sometimes it feels like a workout as she works on tight muscles and instructs you to use muscles that you haven't been utilizing fully or correctly. The best thing about Nam is that she is completely honest and transparent with her clients. Before meeting her I had gone to see physiotherapists who worked on me manually for 5 minutes, used the ultrasound machine, and then left me alone with an ice pack. It didn't feel like much improvement was taking place and the costs were adding up. With Nam, she educates you as she works on you, instructing you on how to properly use your body while showing you the way your body "cheats" to under-utilize its weak muscles. She then gives you the tools, in terms of exercises and visual aids, to correct your own 'bad' habits at home. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a physiotherapist to call Nam. You won't regret it and you will walk out of her studio much more empowered than when you came in!”Read moreShow less

“I’m so glad to have found Nam a few years ago. Now anytime I have a recurring ache or pain, I seek her help first. And so far, I have never had to seek further help. She’s an expert in body alignment, breathing and helping you understand the importance of your posture and core strength to one’s overall wellbeing. I had a bad lower back problem that was caused by a traumatic life event that caused me to breath improperly, creating tension and ache. After a few visits and regular exercises at home, I’ve never had that problem again.”Read moreShow less
