“The worst in my experience. Charged $74 for a so-called deluxe pedicure with zero customer satisfaction. Did not have acrylic nail or shellac, didn’t care enough for the nail repair for which they charged additional money, left nail paint to dry for 20 mins without UV light. They don’t have equipments to be called a nail spa or salon. I am never going back again. There are so many good nail spas in the city that charge $40 for a good pedicure”Read moreShow less

“I needed a manicure badly but it was a Sunday afternoon. I knew most small nail shops would be booked but once I saw how big this spa was I knew they could handle a walk in unlike other places and I was right. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken inside and to my surprise they have a cafe as well. “Haley is absolutely amazing! No matter what design I bring her, she always does an incredible job and somehow makes it look even better than I imagined. “I would not recommend the service, the staff were really nice. I got gel refill. My nails are lacking very basic details ( see pictures), The service took over 2 hours and 10 minutes and I had to switch from one person to another without any explanation. “I booked a Signature Full Wash with Vickie last month and felt incredibly relaxed. My hair had never felt that smooth after a wash, and I immediately knew I had to come back. This time, I returned for the Couples Signature Full Wash with Mae and Amy. It was my partner’s first time trying a head spa, and he didn’t want to leave! After working straight for two weeks, he was so happy and completely relaxed afterward. Mae did my service and her pressure was amazing and I actually fell asleep during the treatment. It relieved so much tension, and my head felt noticeably lighter after the wash. Overall, it definitely did not disappoint. “I found this place and fell in love, from the look to the comfort to the service I admired everything! But then what I admired the most was my nail tech! Her name is Trinh! My appointments with her is like hanging out with a friend , she makes me laugh, she’s so caring, made me feel Comfortable from the first appointment with her! Any feedback you have, she takes it so well and fixes any needs you have! I truly wouldn’t be able to go anywhere else! It’s like a hidden gem in such a beautiful place and beautiful location!!!!
