“I’ve been a patient of Andi’s at this clinic for several years, and I can’t recommend her and the team at Diverse Therapy enough. I’ve dealt with a number of lingering issues from sports injuries and traumatic brain injuries, and the care I’ve received has always been exceptional. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about your well-being. Whether it’s the physiotherapists, the students, or the front desk staff, everyone is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. A lot of clinics these days make you feel like just another number, but at Diverse Therapy, you truly feel like a person. Andi is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She takes the time to perform a detailed assessment, develop a personalized treatment plan, and provide “physio homework” to help you continue making progress between appointments. You never feel rushed, and she always takes the time to answer questions and explain the reasoning behind the treatment. Although I’ve only been treated by Andi, I’ve had well over 50 appointments at this clinic, and I’ve never once seen another patient have a negative experience. The atmosphere is consistently positive, supportive, and welcoming. No matter what you’re going through, the staff has a way of making the process feel less overwhelming and much more manageable. I’ve recommended Diverse Therapy to many of my friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so. If you’re looking for outstanding physiotherapy or massage therapy, this clinic is hard to beat. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment—you won’t regret it.”

“First experience was amazing. Felt very comfortable with the staff and Steven, and also the facility. The appointment was very thorough and treatment very professional but friendly, like I've been there 20 times. I feel like I've received 4 treatments in 1! I will be returning for sure 😀 since chiro and acupuncture elsewhere hasn't fixed the issue, after 1 appointment at Diverse I feel better than I have in months.”

“I was referred to Diverse Sports Physical Therapy by my dentist for TMJ issues and I was super nervous about going! From the moment I called to arrange the appointment I was put at ease! By far the BEST client care experience I have had in such a long time. Ayeleen made me feel that she was so happy that I called them to help me. What an incredible first impression she made for the clinic. I couldn’t wait to go! My first treatment was this morning with Matthew and what an exceptional therapist. The clinic was buzzing with people but Matthew made me feel that I was the most important person in the room. He educated me, explained “why” and “what” he was doing, and didn’t rush through the various treatments he had recommended. It really mattered to him that he made me feel better and that he could solve my jaw issues that I have been struggling with for almost two years. Between Matthew, Ayeleen, Aylin and the lovely reception team I felt so supported and had such a wonderful experience! After just one treatment… I can’t stop smiling😃 (and that literally was painful for me before today with my jaw issue!!!) I highly recommend Matthew and the team at Diverse!!!”

“Would use more stars ⭐️ if they were available. Team of therapists and kinesiologists is first class. Steve is my main physiotherapist and he is great at making me feel better. Matthew treated me few times and he is also very good. Adaeze is head Kinesiology professional, and man she knows her craft. Whatever is ailing me Adaeze has exercises to make me feel better . And there’s Foozieh even though she’s not treating me directly, whenever I need help or guidance she never disappoints. Really lucky to have their support Excellent team of professionals”
