They were so patient with her and by the end she did all the necessary tests with ease and confidence. “This office is truly a gem among businesses: Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and give terrific customer service! But the really best part of my experiences there is that Dr. Mark gets my ridiculous sense of humor (I mean honestly.. we’re not meant to have people “coming directly towards our eyeballs, at any time - right?🤷♀️) She manages my anxiety over this very well, knowing I tend to freak out a little bit. We both enthusiastically agreed that a strong morning coffee to jumpstart my day would’ve been a good idea on my part - not just wake up and get to the appointment - as that just starts the day wrong.
