“I met with Jack on Tuesday morning after falling ill and as a result, not sleeping properly and unable to turn my head in the morning. I’m not from Orillia so I did some google research and went from there. I was booking after hours and was unable to select the 90min online as a new client unless I called. So I booked 60 and added a note explaining my situation a little and Jack was very prompt to email me back confirming we could change it to 90 minutes. He was very helpful and accommodating to my visit and went through a thorough intro and gathering of my background to see what my needs and preferences were. We did head to toe, focusing on my problem areas of my neck and shoulders. I left feeling very relaxed and glad that I found Jack for anytime I’m in Orillia.
