“I decided I needed help after experiencing bad neck pain and contacted Dr. Heather's office. I have only been seeing Dr. Heather for a few weeks but am more than impressed with the experience so far. Dr. Heather and Morgan create a very warm, welcoming, calm atmosphere. Not only is Dr. Heather helping with my neck pain but she is also helping with other issues I hadn't even considered having addressed when I first reached out. I appreciate their attention to detail, explaining things clearly and the gentle adjustments each week. Looking forward to feeling more improvement as treatment progresses.”Read moreShow less

“I was looking for a different type of chiropractic care when I was recommended to go to Discover wellness. To be honest I was a little sceptical, but while in their care the explanations of what my body was doing and what I needed made complete sense. I was used to big forceful corrections, but when your body is conditioned to being a out of alignment, it won't work long term. “I've been a client of Dr Jones for approx 12 years. Through my 18-19 years of training and competing at both the national and international level of Amateur Wrestling, I've accumulated a number of injuries to my body that without the help, support and knowledge of Dr Jones, I would be living in a very uncomfortable life style. Dr Jones has helped me not only get relief but also eliminate my lower back pain and discomfort, numbness in my right hand fingers, and also helped me get my neck realigned, pain and discomfort eliminated from a neck injury back in 2003. I cannot say enough of how amazing Dr Jones has been all these years. Overall, the discover wellness team are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help with a smile on their face. “What can I say about this wellness space. Dr Heather has been instrumental in my wellness journey and has empowered me to really turn inwards to my healing. I have been coming to her since I was pregnant and now she adjusts my son. He has been getting adjusted since he was 1 week old and has been a wonderful guide for him. “I initially went to see Discover Wellness Within as I was having difficulty lying on my back and extreme back pain during the night and when I first got up.
