“I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout every step of the process—from my eye exam to helping me choose the right pair of glasses. I also want to thank the staff for their kindness and understanding. I arrived with my two little ones, who were having one of those days—running around, making noise, and generally keeping me on my toes. Unfortunately, I didn’t have childcare available, but the team never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism that I was able to complete my appointment without added stress. My glasses were ready within just a few days, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Now I’m heading into summer with perfect vision and a beautiful new pair of glasses to enjoy everything British Columbia has to offer. Thank you for the outstanding service, your patience, and your dedication to your patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional eye care”

“They are fantastic. The staff is smiling and Eric Roberts is an amazing optometrist. He is the first practitioner that has ever explained exactly what was going on with my eyes. Took a load of worry off. He even suggested some vitamins and dietary things to help. So so impressed!!!!!!!”

“Jody Clarke is truly skilled optometrist and has strong empathy for her clients. She took the time in understanding my eye health and provided the appropriate lens solution for my needs. Jenn is a truly talented eye glasses specialist, she has an eye for design, after trying multiple eye glasses, we ended up with her first picks. For next time, I will just let Jenn pick up my glasses 😄. Meghan is phenomenal in explaining and addressing the different lens options, she has true knowledge on the pros and cons of each lens type and has also strong empathy for the clients as switching to progressive was an emotional experience for me but she made this experience so much better. Overall, Discover Eyecare Abbotsford was a 11/10 experience, I recommend this Eyecare company and believe they are the best in town.”

“I met Dr. Laudadio back when the store in Abbotsford was called Iris. I’ve had the pleasure of also dealing with his wife Dr. Clark over the years, and as of recently Dr Roberts. Whether you’re visiting the Chilliwack or Abbotsford store, you’re in absolutely the best care possible. The staff behind the counter are also very personable and ready to help with your needs. I’m very thankful to have such a great store in my hometown. A+++”

“If you want an exceptional eye care examination, this is the perfect place to start. The staff were all exceptional and helpful!
