“All I can really say is wow. I’m honestly left speechless in the best way possible. In the past I’ve struggled with medical anxiety because every time I’ve tried to express concerns regarding my health, I’ve never felt heard or taken seriously. I’ve recently been diagnosed with something that requires me changing my lifestyle which at the time was very scary since I was uneducated on the topic and the doctors didn’t seem interested in my concerns. I have seen Dr. Sheldon regarding this and it’s safe to say I finally feel seen. Not only is he very educational but all my concerns were addressed in a way that made me feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest and I can breathe once again. I loved that experience so much that when I hurt my back I decided to see one of the their chiropractors. Now, I am one of those people who can’t stand the sound of people cracking their knuckles/back/everything else so I’m not the ideal patient. I saw Dr.Andrew for my first ever chiropractor appointment and once again it was a great experience. He was also very educational and he walked me through what to expect before getting started. He was also super gentle which for me was very important. Also not to forget, my back pain was GONE after he finished. This office has been so great to deal with I’m at the point where I want to make everyone dinner lol. Even the receptionists that helped me went above and beyond to make me feel good. “I have been to see Andrew the chiropractor at Dimensions multiple times now and I am thoroughly impressed with his ability to be gentle yet effective. Andrew is attentive and knowledgeable and has outstanding bedside manners. If I have something bothering me or it's just a tune up, I always walk away from the session feeling fantastic. “I hate chiropractors!! Haha Dr Andrew did not shame or take it personally. He listened and was kind with my nervousness when it came to my visit after having my daughter being 4 months post partum and even 10 months post partum. I have a big blended family in my household. “I went to see Dr. Bjorgaard for the first time today. His staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit nervous about talking about my ailments with a stranger but Dr. Bjorgaard took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what was happening in a way I could understand and I felt 8 times better than when I walked in that door. He is honest and knowledgeable in his approach to chiropractic care and takes time to assess and understand his patients. He has provided routine chiropractic care and advice for me, all of which has helped improve aspects of my health that needed improvement.
