“I had a massage with Jeremy yesterday for the first time ever. He started with a foot reflexology massage to evaluate where I needed to be worked on the most…which honestly was everywhere after recently having breast cancer that resulted in a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Anyways, I could not believe the amount of tension and pain that I was carrying everywhere, but that he could pinpoint by certain pressure spots in my feet. This was my first ever experience with reflexology and let me tell you…while it was uncomfortable to have those spots released on my feet…the results are undeniable!! I woke up today feeling the most relief I have felt in my life! I have chronically tense muscles in my upper back and shoulders for over 20 years that so many practitioners have tried to release to no avail. I’ve done every kind of massage, cupping, acupuncture, IMS, chiropractic…you name it…and for weeks and months on end with very little relief. But this approach that Jeremy recommended, to start with my feet and focus on releasing things there before actually working on my upper back, shoulders and neck is truly a major game changer!!! I literally feel 10 years younger this morning. I’ll be honest part of me didn’t want to write this review cause if everyone knows about a this amazing massage therapist, then it will be harder to book in with him…but he truly deserves the recognition for his amazing work! Thank you Jeremy!!…you have honestly restored my faith to believe there might actually be a solution to the chronic pain and tension I have suffered with for years 😁 and I look forward to my next appointment.”Read moreShow less

“My son contacted your office Monday April 15th, looking to book an appointment with Dr Jared Foat. They indicated that they could put him on a “wait list”, as he wasn’t a “client”. On Wednesday April 17th, Bev called him and asked him to come in. Once he arrived he was told, “Oh, Sorry, he can’t see you, you aren’t his client, and he needs more time to see a new client!” I don’t think there is much more to say, other than the fact that my son travelled and missed 1 hour of work., to be told to leave! Doesn’t your office charge for “no shows”??? I would have thought that you might of made this right for my son, but all he was told, “sorry he can’t see you today!” Definitely NOT the best Customer Service! I’ve had ADHD all my life and have a hard time finding places I like to be, but I was referred to My Guy Dr. Mike and instantly formed an amazing relationship. No one else will ever touch my neck or back - he is just an amazing person and doctor. The attention he has given my neck is incredible. “Great place for Chiro and massage. The chiropractors are knowledgeable and quick to assess. For evening appointments you probably have to book in advance. I can usually call and have an appointment booked same to next day. All 3 chiropractors work very well with you as sometimes you need to get in ASAP and you can’t get in with the same one. They have an awesome online booking portal now so you can browse appointments at your leisure.”Read moreShow less
