“It was strange that we received the message in morning that Doctor is running late and my daughter appointment is shifted 25 mins forward. And when we reach, reception is saying we are late and Doctor left after waiting 10 mins. It was look like that we are at mistake. They shifted us to another doctor. This new doctor gave us new view, compare to last time. Now we are confuse about the new procedure Doctor is proposing. We don’t know what to do. We are stuck.”

“My daughters have been there for 2/3 years. Every time visit is different dentist. My daughter has a teeth didn’t come out for 2 years and we have never been provided with any solutions. We could have this resolved 2 years ago instead of waste so much time. Now they still suggest waiting. Also there is one time she has a falling teeth. Couldn’t fell itself, dentist has seen this but no further action and suggestions. We have to call in and make appointment to resolve this. We want the dentist care about kids situation and provide suggestions. But not doing anything. I am done with here.”

My child loves watching the new Netflix shows during the appointment, and the treasure box prize at the end is always the highlight! “Dr Michael Lin came recommended from a dental colleague and he’s been seeing both our kids for a few years now! Very happy with his care - kind, good with our kids , and very proficient! He takes his time with our kids, explains things clearly and concisely to me as a parent, and I feel confident in his care and trust his recommendations. The office staff is nice and easy to deal with, they answer the phone regularly, and they have lots of movies / Netflix / capsule toys to keep the keeps happy! He offers different treatment proposals and discussed them in detail with us. With a strong empathy and respect to patience, he supports patience to choose the option that matches best with our needs and financial status. His assistant is also pretty nice. My daughter feels at ease at this dentistry due to her gentleness. It is quite relaxed for her to accept all the exams. The front desk coordinator also works efficiently in booking appointment to ensure that our little one could accept treatment in time.”
