“I was super nervous when I scheduled an appointment for a laser hair removal session because I heard it would be really painful, and when the day came, I barely slept the night before. I told Brittany I had never done the procedure, and she was the SWEETEST and most empathetic professional EVER. She showed me and explained to me how the procedure would be done and we tested the intensity of the machine in my skin to see if I would have any reaction and to show me the level of the pain the laser could give me. I was shocked when it didn’t hurt AT ALL. The hair removal session is done with a machine that gives a cold sensation prior to shooting the laser. And even though I have a lot of course hair, it only felt like doing acupuncture. A quick and thin needle insertion feeling was all I felt (when I felt something). The place was clean and tidy, Brittany made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! “I went for a consult and trial body contour and it is same day but I feel great. Still debating a package (I know I should, I deserve it but also watching my spending). Very professional and kind. I imagine I will be back soon!”
