“I had a rogue tooth that needed immediate attention, and I got it. It was a bad situation, but I can't think of any way they could have handled it better. Two things in particular I greatly appreciated: 1) The set me expectations for the amount of pain and length of time to recover low, so when things went more smoothly, it was great relief. 2) They explained things very clearly, even while they were performing the procedure. Not particularly relevant to care, but a nice bonus: the view from the dental chair is awesome. For clarity: I'm not really an otter. To my knowledge, they only do human dentistry.”
