“I had booked a massage appointment here. However, on the day of the appointment, I was involved in an accident. After the accident, I informed them about 8 hours before my appointment time that I wouldn’t be able to come that day. They were very understanding at the time and told me they could reschedule the appointment, which I accepted. However, when I went there on the new appointment date, I encountered a complete scandal. First, I paid the fee and then told them I wanted to receive the massage. Initially, they said this would not be a problem. Later on, they asked me to pay an additional two hours’ fee. When I asked why, they said it was for the day I had missed. When I told them that I had informed them in advance, they said they ‘did not note it’ and that collecting this fee was mandatory. According to them, even if you notify them in advance and miss an appointment, that is still not considered sufficient. This experience was extremely disturbing. Based on what I went through, I believe this place operates in a way that misleads customers and causes them to be treated unfairly.”Read moreShow less

“Norgyun is one of those people who seems to be doing what they are meant to do. I am an athlete, so my need for muscular recovery is quite high, and Norgyun helps me keep performing without injury! She has extensive knowledge about massage, its various disciplines, and makes her options accessible for all kinds of comfort levels. If you are a first-time receiver of massage, she would be an excellent option for you, as she is very good at reading what kind of energy you want, whether it's talking or not.
