“My dentist recently retired and I was in search for another dental professional that would be closer to my home. I found this practice on Google last year and was extremely impressed with cleanliness, super friendly staff and Dentists and assistants! I had a root canal procedure and it was virtually painless! I was nervous at the onset but quickly that dissipated. I futher had a crown put in and it was perfectly matched to the rest of my teeth. I recently went back for a further check up and overall evaluation. I had mostly new people helping me and they were professional and courteous, just as before. “They will over charge you to get money from insurance. So clearly some fraud going on. She over charged us for a service she didn’t ever do to my kid, she said insurance would cover it. My insurance didn’t cover that, so I paid out of pocket. My wife tried to get the money back from that for some time now. But no luck. On another note, she said I had 14 cavities to get fixed, I had a feeling she was trying to scam me. I went to 2 other dentists and I only had 4. “Had an emergency appointment with Dr. Nadine Nagi today and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. She is so calm and made me feel really comfortable, the entire procedure was painless. Would highly recommend!”

“Hi first and foremost love our dentist she really enjoys what’s she does and our experience with her has been pleasant BUT The young blond receptionist is a crook over charging the insurance company prime example before the dentist proceeded with the filling the older brunette lady told me it will cost $422.00 Worst case scenario for the job once she confirm we have insurance the price went to $536.00 unknowingly for a filling what the crooked receptionist does is ROB THE INSURANCE COMPANY by adding extra product that they never used and put it in your price this is called EXTORTION . PEOPLE BEWARE LASTLY what they also did charge me for a full tooth extraction when there was NO TOOTH ONLY ROOT and when I inquired they showed me a X-ray that I the customer provided to the dentist of the tooth from months ago when there was a tooth but that tooth broke and there was a hole with no filling that food was getting inside the hole and just The ROOT. I was charge over $530.00 to REMOVE A ROOT I HAVE THE EVIDENCE Customer be wear of the crooked receptionist YOUNG BLOND ONE this is my experience thats EXTORTION OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Over the Easter weekend, my 10-year-old had a dental emergency, and despite it being a holiday, the team at South West One graciously took us in. From the moment we walked in, we were met with unparalleled kindness and care that I have never encountered at any other dental clinic in Montreal. The staff and Dr. Bousetta were exceptionally accommodating and ensured that my child felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. “Known for their friendly staff, affordability, and excellent service. They also accept various insurance cards and provide efficient, no-pressure consultations. Friendly, affordable, clean, and excellent services. Immediate assistance during a dental emergency. Acceptance of various insurance cards. Efficient and helpful staff. No pressure to undergo unwanted procedures. Quick response to insurance quote requests. I am truly amazed at how friendly, affordable, clean and excellence of their services are. I had a dental emergency 2 weeks ago, and everyone I tried was not able to take me, or they were closed, except them. They took me in same day, and I saw Dr. Fouad Boussetta as well as his dental assistant Suzy. They were great. He even took me in even though his day was over and he was able to leave on vacation. I also, went back fro a followup consultation with Dr. Majed Bakdach because he had to asses me if I needed a root canal. Unfortuantly I do, but he was great. Gave me all my options, explained to me everything, showed me my x-rays, and didn't pressure me to do any procedure I didn't want. I asked them if they can submit a qupte for me to my insurance, and within 2 minutes, I got a reply. I will be going fwd with the procedure as early as next week. “We had a little emergency appointment due to a small chipped tooth for my 14 year old son. He was quite nervous about it but Dr. Bousetta and his team were absolutely incredible! We called on Friday and we were able to have a la emergency appointment on Saturday! The office is absolutely beautiful, the receptionist was so helpful and sign in was seamless. The dentist came and sat with us in the waiting room. Dr Bousetta took his time to speak to my son and ask questions about his medical history and dental experience. We were then greeted by the lovely dental assistant who showed us to the room where his treatment would take place. It was clean and well lit, there were multiple TV screens to keep my son occupied while undergoing his treatment. The procedure was quick and painless with communication throughout, keeping my son informed and less anxious! The service was absolutely outstanding, we could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you to the team for your dedication and commitment to a wonderful customer experience!
