“My name is Rasha, Registered Pharmacist in Ontario. All my life, I have been struggling to find a good enough dentist. Dr. Khaled changed my view .. and my life. Dental work is not a burden any more. Him and his office team keeps giving me the best dental experience by far. Both Lisa & Miray are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quite accommodating. I love the whole atmosphere there. Dr. Khaled has a great deal of honesty and professionalism. He did multiple dental work for me over the last few years including cleaning, fillings and implants. He is very gentle. He keeps educating & explaining throughout the whole procedure. “I had an appointment scheduled for today. Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well and had a mild cough, so I called yesterday to request a reschedule. I spoke with the receptionist (I don’t know her name), but she was quite rude and did not take the time to understand my situation. Instead, she insisted that I must attend the appointment or be charged a $100 cancellation fee. As this was my first appointment, I was hoping for a bit more understanding and flexibility. It was disappointing that no consideration was given, especially given my health concerns. Due to this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location. I believe customer service is very important, and I hope the receptionist can improve her approach in dealing with clients in the future.”Read moreShow less

“I was suffering from severe tooth pain, and suddenly I noticed swelling and infection in my tooth and the one next to it. I visited several dentists who treated the infection, but none of them were able to proceed with placing two implants and crowns because of the complexity of my case. Then I visited Dentistry on the Mountain and met Dr. Khaled Mezrouk. I found exceptional care, deep knowledge, and great attention to detail. The treatment process was handled very efficiently, and everything was explained clearly step by step. In addition, the prices were very reasonable. I am truly proud to find this level of professionalism in Canada. I was actually planning to travel back home for treatment, but Dr. Khaled saved me the cost and difficulty of traveling and provided a service I will never forget. “I went in for a consultation and was considering doing my dental work here for myself and my family because of the location During the visit, Dr. Khaled asked where I’m from, After I answered, political jokes related to my background were made, and they happened more than once. It may not have been meant negatively, but it made me uncomfortable After that, I lost trust and started to feel concerned about whether my background could affect how I would be treated. “My name is Ezran. I am new to Canada and started seeing Dr. KHALID at this office. He was very professional, supportive and helped me through the process. He made sure I understood walking me through each step and ensured I was ok throughout all my visits. Being newnto canada all of this was new to me and dr khalids work style and personality was comforting He made me feel comfortable and I returned several times becoming my full time dentist now. Even when some of my dental work was difficult as i needed a lot of work done dr khalid ensured he took his time made sure I was comfortable and not in pain he didnt rush.
