“I absolutely love this office. The ladies at reception are always so sweet and helpful. I have had a couple different hygienists over the years, that have all been amazing and helpful with tips and tricks to keep my teeth and mouth well maintained. The dentist himself is a lovely human who does a great job at remembering his patients and making them feel at ease. I know a lot of people hate the dentist but I always look forward to coming and having my teeth cleaned and maintained with no worries.”

“EDIT: I am changing my 1 star to 5 star. I was contacted by Dr. Liu the owner of the practice today. I was able to communicate my disappointing experience to him. He listened and reassured me that this was a miscommunication that could have been handled better. I appreciated his candor and I consider this a good outcome. Will remain with the practice as the front office staff are amazing and welcoming. Giving a one star review for now. I saw Dr. Park on November 18th 2025. She filled two cavities. One fell out before mid December. I called the office and explained what happened. They booked an appointment with a different dentist as Dr. Park was on holidays. I had to cancel that appointment and decided to wait for Dr. Park to return. Since she did the original filling so it made sense for me to wait as I was in no discomfort. Upon booking this there was no estimate given. There was no estimate given on the day I came in to have the filling re-done. I made it crystal clear that I would need an estimate each time any procedure was performed. I Live on a fixed income and need to budget for these appointments. I wasn’t given a receipt when I left the office that day. The receptionist seemed confused by what she was seeing on the screen. She said she needed to check something with someone. I said let me know what you find out, and left. No invoice sent via email. I got an email wanting to know when I wanted to reschedule another procedure. I called the office after reading the email. During the conversation I found out that the practice had billed the insurance company and I had a balance due. The receptionist said she would look into it and get back to me. That was days ago and I haven’t had a call or email from them. Very disappointing. I will be calling the insurance provider tomorrow to see what the billing they submitted was for.”
