“Vanessa at reception was so helpful with my quotes, and has such welcoming presence. My dental hygienist, Alice, was kind, professional, and made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. There are even TVs you can watch as you get cleaned. Dr.Malouf was also professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I had a lovely cleaning and I'm leaving feeling fresh! “I recently came in for a dental cleaning and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made me feel completely at ease. “I’m very happy with my results and my overall experience. Dr.Malouf is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. It is rare to find a dentist who is this skilled, caring, and trustworthy. Also I appreciate that he always recommends what is truly necessary and never pushes unnecessary treatments. He takes the time to explain all options, considers costs and insurance coverage, and helps find the most affordable solution whenever possible.. “Went in for an emergency appointment because I woke up with pain in the nerve. The reception was so kind on the phone and extremely accommodating. Dr Malouf was very professional and went through photos on a tv explaining everything clearly. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had by far. “Highly recommend Dentistes Sur Drummond. I went for an emergency visit and it was a very positive experience. I was able to schedule online and secure an appointment within 48 hours. Check in was a breeze, treatment/assessment was efficient/professional, and the pricing seemed very fair. Office was spotless and the dentist/hygienist were incredibly kind.
