“Went in inittially for an exam and teeth cleaning. They were patient and detail-oriented professionals who answered my questions and did not try to push unneeded procedures or product. I did not feel any discomfort during the cleaning at all despite having rather sensitive gums. Also had 2 wisdom teeth extracted by a specialist they invited. Did not feel pain at all and recovery was smooth sailing. Would recommend.”

“Update: I would like to clarify that I asked the front desk about the price in advance, and they told me they did not know until after the procedure. You can verify this through your reception video. Also, I have the right to express my opinion that a cleaning, X-ray, and regular exam costing over $500 is higher than most clinics in Quebec. Lastly, mentioning my legal name in your public reply without my consent violates Quebec’s privacy law regarding the disclosure of personal information. Please remove my name from your public response immediately. ［original text］ The clinic is nice, but the cost is quite high. I was uncomfortable because for a routine check-up, cleaning, and X-rays, the front desk said “we can’t give a quote until the treatment is done”, without providing any estimate beforehand. This is against Quebec regulations. I will not return, and I hope the clinic improves pricing transparency and communication.”

“Absolutely amazing experience. The receptionist, the dental assistant, and Dr. Bazdikian all provided an amazing service for me regarding broken teeth and a complete dental exam. I had a lot of anxiety going in, and they assured me and made sure every step of the way that I was comfortable. They have great communication in regards to appointments but also very personable and very welcoming. Very clean, beautiful space. I highly recommend Dentist Mackay, sincerely.”

“Went in for a consultation. Got an x-ray and info on what dental work I would need in the future. The staff were all bilingual and pleasant. My only critique is space itself. The design is very open so it's very easy to hear everything, even from the waiting room. If oral health is a private matter to you, you should mention it to them or go elsewhere. They do accept CDCP.”

“Amazing and friendly service by this Dentist and her staff. I highly recommend this location to anyone with their dental needs. On June 6 I met with a bicycle accident and chipped my front tooth. I went to this clinic and they saw me right away in less than 5 minutes and fixed my teeth. I was out within an hour. I could not tell the difference when everything was done. Thank you very much Doctor.”
