“I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, so I tend to put off appointments for as long as possible because they cause me so much anxiety. This is the first dental office where I’ve truly felt at ease, and it’s been such a refreshing experience. Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. My cleaning and fillings were completely painless, and the office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’m so happy I found this practice. “I was genuinely terrified to see a dentist because of severe past trauma. I think my hygienists name was Christina (I was literally too terrified to retain names) and Dentist's name was Priscilla. They were SO good to me. So patient, so so very kind. Took time to hear my story with empathy and no sign of condescension. They were transparent and very clear about every single step they did and answered every question I had. Very clean. Very professional. Both secretaries I saw were also extremely nice. “Absolutely fantastic service with Carolane. She’s excellent at her job and clearly loves her patients and what she does. My teeth have never felt cleaner and I experienced no pain. She is incredibly kind and talented at putting people at ease immediately. I literally only want her when I come in the future. She’s the best. The dentist was also kind, concise and informative.
