“This office is extremely unprofessional. Just be careful because they will do work on you before they tell you your insurance won’t pay it because you are over limit. Then threaten you and harass you to pay out of pocket. I have 2 insurance companies. First one approved a root canal. The dentist decided to do 4 filings which took root canal money. So I was on the hook for payment. I told them to go to my other insurance. They told me I was declined from other insurance. So I spent weeks trying to tell them that nothing was sent to my other insurance. Threatened to put me in collections. So my insurance after a month of emotional distress they decided to call this office My insurance explained how to summit it properly and they got paid right away Just be aware”Read moreShow less

“Ive been coming to them since they were on Water Street across from the old Manulife building! Christine is such a sweetheart and very friendly as well. “Awesome so far -- a couple months in as a new patient -- and the staff along with Dr. Mike are great. I feel welcome and they even have time to chat for a few minutes after treatments. “Dr Mike and his staff are always professional, go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. The environment is super clean, friendly and most of all calm. It is consistently noted that all staff hold a positive attitude and are all about educating the client in their dental health. Dental solutions offers direct billing, along with free wifi to their clients.
