“I am only half way finished my examinations, so far I have had an amazing experience. From the front staff, initial blood test, the physician on duty, next the history staff, ultrasound technicians. Such a friendly, homey atmosphere. It's an experience I will never forget. I will add more when I finish the rest of my testing. “Dr. Danielle O’Connor at Deerfields Clinic has been truly life-changing for our family. Before working with her, Son’s behavioural challenges were at a constant “10 out of 10.” For years we couldn’t leave the house. Birthday parties, restaurants, even simple outings were impossible because he would scream, cry, attack other children, and destroy things. It was exhausting and isolating. We have seen doctors in several countries and done countless tests over the years. Time and again, hospitals told us there was nothing more they could do for us. It left us feeling helpless and stuck. Dr. O’Connor was the first person who really got to the root of what was going on. She identified high levels of heavy metals, especially mercury, as well as important vitamin deficiencies. Having someone investigate properly and connect the dots made all the difference. With her guidance and treatment plan, Our son’s progress has been remarkable. He’s now closer to a “2 out of 10” most days, and we finally feel like we have a life again. “I am concerned about how this clinic manages details. Technically, they do not have a handle on their fax system, staff does not know how to manage and cxl an errant fax. In the past 6 days my number has been faxed in error more than 50 times! I have blocked the number but the faxes are filling up my voice mail box. I have reached out to this clinic via their contact link, I have spoken to reception three times. Apparently, they do not have the ability to cxl an incorrect phone/fax number in their new system. What else do they not know how to do? Edit - thank you to Deerfields Clinic for fixing this problem, after 6 days ( not 2 business days) of constant fax attempts from their system.”Read moreShow less
