“Deanna’s yoga and Pilates classes are by far the best thing I have done to improve my overall health and well being.After 2 hip replacements, these classes have significantly improved my mobility,flexibility,core strength and health. The small class size allows Deanna to personally know all her clients and she gives us all personalized attention and a range of different positions depending on our abilities.This makes her classes perfect for any level of experience .
