“I have been a patient of Dr Helen and Dr Harry's since 1997. Recently I needed to have a tooth extraction. Dr Harry was so gentle and kind and he did not rush the procedure. Dr Harry also gave a needle which actually helped reverse the freezing effect. That was really great. And finally Dr. Harry's assistant did one of the greatest acts of kindness. I was a bit unsteady and I had walked because I live nearby. Barbara Anne walked with me home!! Now who does that? I was deeply touched and thankful. I was referred as an emergency patient after a traumatic accident earlier this year, and from the moment I called, Monica went above and beyond to schedule me quickly. From the warm greetings at the front desk to the kindness of Barbara Ann(e) and the care provided by Dr. Harry, every interaction exceeded my expectations. It has been a long time since I’ve felt such genuine care, compassion, and empathy from any professional team. “The staff at this office, are professional, and always friendly. Dr. Helen, is such a wonderful dentist. She always has a smile and a kind word. It's not easy for me to go to the dentist, my anxiety skyrockets and my hands are clenched as soon as I sit in the chair before any procedure has even started. “I have used this dentist for literally my entire life; from my very first dentist visit as a child all the way through adulthood. I am deeply upset by their newer dentists and would highly recommend anybody using this dental office to keep their visits with Dr. Harry and Dr. Helen. Routine cleanings with their hygienists are great - no complaints there. Unfortunately, I was subjected to a visit with Dr. Mike. My first visit with him was just fine and he repaired some chipped composite with care and excellent etiquette. Also shared thorough knowledge regarding no prep veneers when I posed some questions. In addition to chipped composite, I had a concern that I bent a retainer wire when using a fork to dislodge food as it felt different against my tongue ever since. He added some cement and suggested a mouth guard RE the chipped tooth. Fast forward, my tooth chipped again (and I have no issue with the concept that I could be rubbing my teeth together) and the bend in my wire progressed (again, used a fork to dislodge food-obviously it’s on me for doing that) to one of my teeth shifting and it becoming very painful and even cutting my tongue repetitively. Instead of the office advising me this is not something they can fix, they book me in with Dr. Mike which I thought would be fine given my last visit with him was pleasant. What an infuriating experience. The photos show some cement missing and the wire visibly sitting different and despite me knowing how I damaged the wire, I was met with an insane amount of contempt for not getting mouth guard. Every attempt I made to explain what I was feeling and experiencing in MY OWN mouth was met with a combative and argumentative response. At one point I clarified that I was not blaming him but merely explaining and trying to figure out how I can fix it. After nearly an hour of basically having to argue that I am indeed experiencing what I’m experiencing, I was advised I need an orthodontist. I advised I did not want to go back to an ortho clinic that originally damaged my teeth - yet he referred me to the same place veiled under a new brand. I left this appointment so frustrated at having my time wasted and having to pay to be spoken at rudely and argued with, knowing after 30+ years as a patient I will NEVER return and will advise my family to never return as well. To make matters worse, my wire is still cutting my tongue as he didn’t even add cement despite pointing out the cement missing - did absolutely nothing aside from talk at me and argue for no reason. Might I add, prior to seeing Dr. Mike, I saw Dr. Tim regarding my composite not lasting and I inquired several times about alternate solutions (hence discussing veneers) or revisiting an orthodontist - this was deemed unnecessary seemingly until Dr. Mike went on ultra defence today for no reason. TLDR: Unless you can see the original dentists at this office or enjoy being disrespected and mistreated, AVOID like the plague.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve never had a better dentist experience. The first time I visited it felt like I was at the spa. I had the sunglasses, hot towel, initial gum assessment, great views! I didn’t know what I was missing until I came here. My most recent visits I had to bring my infant and the staff took care of him while work was getting done on me. “I haven't been to this dentist since 2018, but have recently returned as a patient. I have always found Dr. Harry to be more than a dentist; he's a really compassionate and caring human being! My hygienist was wonderful.
