“Dawson Dental has a very welcoming atmosphere from receptionist to hygienist and to the doctor. They are extra nice and pleasant. The moment you enter the clinic and the way you are greeted, you know that you are in good hands. The treatment is very smooth, systematic and meticulous. I am grateful for the excellent care received from Dr. Faizan. He is very qualified and professional. He is very kind and extremely friendly. The care and attention I receive is always outstanding. “Literally the only place I would trust with my families teeth until the end of my days lol I left this office for a few years being out of town and it was the worst experience. This office truly cares about each client like family members, that’s something that lacks these days, especially in the healthcare industry but not here! You can’t buy what this team gives you and thats compassion, empathy and on point scheduling. I habe never waited longer than 10 mins, it’s wild but true. I have been coming here for over 3 decades and it’s been 10/10 experience. Literally i have never had a bad experience in all my 3+ decades here and I can understand why with a team that truly cares. I don’t know any other dentist or doctors office that can say that they have been a team for as long as I have been going there and before that.. “I’ve had a really great experience overall with this dental office. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The level of care has been consistently solid, and I’ve always felt comfortable coming here. My only disappointment was during my last visit when I had a tooth extraction. The dentist recommended a bone graft to help preserve the area since there had been some bone loss from the infection. I agreed to it, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the material in stock at the time, so it couldn’t be done. From what I understood, it’s kind of a one-time opportunity during the extraction, so once everything was closed up and stitched, it didn’t make sense to go back in and do it later. That part was frustrating, especially since it was something that was recommended for my long-term dental health. That said, I still think very highly of the team and the care they provide. I just wish that aspect had been better prepared for so I could have taken full advantage of the treatment option.”Read moreShow less

After a brief wait of about five minutes in the comfortably quiet reception area, the friendly and professional hygienist came to escort me to the treatment room. She greeted me with a warm smile, confirmed my concerns, and explained each step of the cleaning process clearly. The cleaning was meticulous, using modern equipment to ensure all plaque and tartar were removed thoroughly.
